Our Terms of Business are set out in a single written document, which we send to each client organisation before any placement begins. That document is the agreement between us. Where anything on this website differs from it, the Terms of Business we send you are the ones that apply.

We would rather you had the real document than a version of it. If you would like to read our terms before speaking to us, ask and we will send them.

What our Terms of Business cover

The written terms deal with each of the following. Exact wording, notice periods, charges and figures are set out in the document itself.

• Booking and confirmation — how a request for cover is made, confirmed and recorded
• Our obligations — the checks, documentation and compliance evidence we hold for every worker we supply
• Your obligations — supervision, a safe working environment, and prompt approval of hours worked
• Charges and invoicing — what is included in the hourly rate, how we invoice, and when payment falls due
• Cancellation — the notice periods that apply and what is chargeable within each
• Timesheets — how hours are confirmed and approved
• Permanent appointments — what applies if you wish to employ a worker we introduced
• Insurance — the cover we hold and maintain
• Liability — the limits that apply to each party
• Confidentiality and data protection
• Termination — how either of us may bring the arrangement to an end

Our regulatory position

Prime Staffing Solutions Ltd supplies care workers to organisations that are themselves responsible for the care delivered in their setting. We do not hold a CQC registration and we do not deliver regulated care. Responsibility for the regulated activity, and for supervising the workers we supply, rests with the client organisation.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC133414.

Data protection

Both parties comply with their obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data relating to workers and client contacts.

Governing law

Our Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
